The NEA has issued a Notice to Proceed to Poleman Metal Structural Corporation for PB-ITB-R1-2-2025, covering the Supply and Delivery of the 2026–2027 RPH Steel Pole Requirements for Member Electric Cooperatives of Region One. The contract authorizes Poleman to commence work as scheduled under the terms of the agreement.

A Notice to Proceed was granted to AC Harris Cable Corporation for PB-ITB-R1-3-2025, involving the Supply and Delivery of the 2026–2027 RPH Conductor Requirements for Region One Electric Cooperatives. The company is now authorized to begin contract implementation following the approved delivery schedule.

The NEA formally issued a Notice to Proceed to First Philec, Inc. for PB-ITB-R1-1-2025, covering the Consignment, Supply, and Delivery of the 2026–2027 RPH Distribution Transformer Requirements for Member Electric Cooperatives of Region One. The contract is effective as stated, and implementation will proceed per the approved terms and timeline.
